$75.00 is payable by February 17, 2012 for Pre-Registration of existing students. Kindergarten and new student registrations are exceptions, where the $100 student registration fee and an additional $100 fee is due at the February Pre-registration and/or Kindergarten Round-up Day to reserve an opening for the upcoming school year, for a total of $200. The $100 portion of this payment will be applied to the student's upcoming school year tuition. Registration fees and the $100 fee applied to the tuition are both non-refundable and are paid in March in order to reserve an opening for the upcoming year.

Tuition Payment Options

  1. Yearly payment: Tuition and remaining registration fee payable in full by July 15.
  2. Half-yearly payment: Tuition and remaining registration fee payable in two equal payments by July 15 and December 20.
  3. Monthly payment: Tuition and remaining registration fee payable in twelve equal payments by electronic transfer beginning in July.

Extracurricular Activities
St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School is proud to offer a variety of extracurricular activities to enhance our student's learning. Classes and clubs are in existence to promote involvement in Fine Arts, Sports, Vocal and Instrumental Music, Drama, Scouting, and various other volunteer and community service projects. Some activities have fees associated with them that are announced as students sign up for participation. A few standard fees include:

  • Band Grades 5-8 - $60.00 (per semester/per child)
  • Booster club Membership - $35.00 (per family with 6-7-8 grade students only)

Any miscellaneous fees for classroom materials, subscriptions, or activities are announced as needed.

Withdrawal
If a student should withdraw from St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School before the school year ends, the registration fees are not refunded. Tuition fees are pro-rated.

The Preschool Registration Fee is $100.00 per child and is due at Preschool Roundup. Registration fees are not refundable. Preschool registration fees are paid in full in March in order to reserve an opening for the upcoming year.
